Before you are able to tryout, make sure you register online to
receive your USAV Membership (look at below instructions).
Download these forms, fill them out, and bring
them to tryouts along with your Online Registration Confirmation and
Medical Release forms that you received when you signed up.

If you are new to Club volleyball,

If you played Club volleyball last season, and you were a member of
USAV,
click here to renew your registration online.
If you forgot your user name and /or password, follow the “Click Here” prompts, and USAV will send your user name and password via email.
Be sure to click on “Mizuno Circle City” in the Club drop down list. This will enable your registration to be viewed on our Circle City membership list.
Once you complete your online registration, you will receive an email from USAV acknowledging your registration, and showing a “Total Due” amount.
If you play for Circle City, DO NOT send a check to USAV. This membership fee will be taken from the initial registration fee that you pay when you come for the first day of tryouts. Be sure to download the forms that USAV emails to you and bring them with you in November.
Anyone 12 Years & Younger

Anyone 12 years of age & under who is looking to play on 12 Purple, Black or White should attend tryouts that begin November 1st. You can see the
full list of all of the tryout dates and times
here. You should attend as many as possible. If you have to miss for
any reason, please let us know. If you are looking to be a part of the Friday night Developmental program you can preregister by contacting Cindy Utnage at

12 Purple & 12 Black
If volleyball is a sport your kid wants to get involved in, then this is a great opportunity to get a head start in the sport. Whether they have played club, or are new to the club scene, this can be a great
opportunity for your daughter.
Circle City has worked very hard to provide a great product at a
relatively low cost for the youngsters. Tryouts begin November 1st
and there are four tryout dates total. You should try to attend all of the tryouts,
however, if you can't make a day, please let us know. The entire
tryout schedule can be seen
here.
The season runs from January thru June. These two teams practice two times during the week and on Sundays except when they have a tournament on the weekend. They will compete in approximately two tournaments a month
and the majority of the tournaments will be local. The team will probably travel to Louisville once and St. Louis once
and they also may compete at Nationals (No site has been determined yet for Nationals). Cost and all information can be found in the
Circle City handbook. If you would like one mailed to you, please

facility and stop by Capitol Sports Center to pick one up!
12 White
This team is for those kids that are looking for an opportunity to do more than just a clinic. This will be the third year we have done a third 12's team and it has been a huge success the past two seasons. We will not make any cuts for the 12 White team. Anyone that wants to be a part of the team can. If we have too many kids, we will practice together, but when the tournaments come around, we will divide the kids up. Last
season we had three coaches, so 14 kids was not a problem at all.
Anyone that would like to be on 12 White should still attend tryouts.
It's a great way to play some volleyball and get some instruction at no additional cost. If for some reason you can't attend tryouts, it's not a problem, you will just need to
notify us that you would like to be on 12 White and, when we start in January,
you can join us. Anyone that attends tryouts looking to play on 12 Purple or 12 Black and does not make it is more than welcome to play on 12 White.
The cost for the entire season is $750 and there will be no additional costs. You will need to pay the tryout fee of $350 and then you will be billed $100 each month starting in January and running through April. This will include 5 or 6 tournaments,
uniform top, spandex, kneepads, socks, back pack, warm-ups, USAV membership and all of your practices. The first
practice will be Monday, January 11th. Practices will be Mondays and Fridays from 5:30 to 7pm. The season will conclude with the Midwest Power League Tournament on April 11th. If you have any questions, please

The Development Program goes from 5:30 to 7:00pm and runs every
Friday night starting January 8th through May 21st (excluding March 19th and 26th).
This program is intended for anyone 12 years of age & younger and will cover all of the basic skills.
Eventually, players will be split into teams where they will compete amongst themselves. This is a great opportunity to learn the game of volleyball or to keep your skills sharp without a huge commitment.
Each participant will receive a uniform top and spandex. The cost is $75 per month with the exception of March, where the cost is
only $40, and May, where the cost is only $60. There are two payment options. The first option is to pay $300 upfront. The second option is to pay monthly. If you are paying monthly, you will need to
provide a credit card that can be charged each month. You will be
able to withdraw at anytime, just contact Cindy Utnage at
